we don't realise how goodes this guy is,some supporters need to get off his back.
have a look at the clearence,1st poss stats,inside 50's what does he have to do,he actually fed mchack a couple of times last night.

goodes started well last night, and has been getting better
but it seemed to me that the hall incident triggered him to put the pedal down
he was sensational from then to halftime, as if to say "let's put the result out of reach"
and in bursts after that
he seemed to load up on angry pills at halftime, and that's a bit of a worry, but you wonder was he shitty with baz
but his form at round 4 is a few miles ahead of where he was this time last year

What the hell happened in the last quarter when Goodes was going for a mark but he punched it instead? Then he got all cranky as he was walking away?

He's a victim of his own standards sometimes. When I was placing my votes for the game last night at one stage I had Jack ahead of him but then I had to stop and actually think..... Am I placing Jack above him because he had a better game than Goodes or because Goodes didn't play quite as well as I know he can?

How good has Teddy been this year?

In the game against the saints he was one of few swans worthy of leaving the field without his head hung in shame. He was absolutely awesome against the lions last week and then backed it up with another very good game last night. His disposal seems to have improved out of sight and last night there were a few occasions where he showed a very cool head in some tricky situations.

One thing's for sure.. Swannies are far from 'boring'...lol.. they're playing real heart in mouth football.. you just don't know what they'll be doing but i'm loving it as it's quite exciting... the defence this year has been superb with Mattner and Tadgh working really well setting up plays.

LRT's also been a bit better in the rucks this week.

I'm happy.

He is playing well. Brownlow winning form is rare and we wont always see it but he is more than contributing right now and the last couple of weeks his performance have been strong and with his improving fitness he could well blast his way through teams midfield defenses in the coming weeks.

ted has been outstanding, done some super jobs on bigger opponents, and has shown real composure and class at the back
AND he seems to be quicker this year, more elusive
but yes, is going real well
