at the moment situps. i dont know why, but lately, i just keep doing them. can't stop! started with ten, and the other night i did 400. Its too addictive!

Normally;Reality television....especially the romance and race ones...damn Bachelor and Amazing Race series.... :(
 
I'm addicted to Survivor now. I try to do situps then I get bored. As if you can do 400 in a night! What the...?

You'll get there, once you start doing 10, then 20, then 40, then 50, then 100. 400 or 1000 wont seem that much. Mostly if you change the exercise, so you aren't just doing sit-ups (which only targets one area), instead you do crunches/twists/leg raises/curls etc.. do 50 of each different one and you'll be able to get to 400 in no time.

Myself i do 500 in the morning, and 100 at night after cardio. And do some during the day ;) its easy to do some during the day...little hiddin secret.




as you can tell i'm addicted to fitness. Oh and spending money. Apparently moving into a new home cost you a lot! $400 in cleaning products Argh! :eek:

I'm too stuffed after doing cardio to do anything. :(
Yesterday I did sit ups & push ups on them gym ball things, I was told they're super hard to do, but I found them easy....

When we move in a few weeks, I think we'll be living near you.. I dunno, I'm a bit clueless with that part of Adelaide. :p

too true. I'm thinking of doing twists at the moment but still waiting till i hit a higher situp amount. my way of doing it is not to think of the 400....don't count 399 etc. count up in 10s...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1, 2, etc. once this is repeated up to an amount I'm happy with, I stop. I really can't wait to do 1000. Like I said, it's so weird but so addictive!

I've managed to coach myself down to 1 glass per morning...but my yearning for more lasts the whole day.....mmmmmmmmm with a capital M.

If i counted 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-399,400 etc i would get really really bored. Its why i mix it up, 50 of this 50 of that, in much what you do reps of 10 etc.
But yes it gets addictive, i find if i sit on the floor i'll end up just ripping in some ab work. I cant wait to get my weights bench! i'll be addicted to that soon enough...:p
