Someone somewhere mentioned we upgraded magnet so we can trade him. Is there a rule I am not clear on here, also, if this was the case surely we should be shopping him around in the big league? Perhaps there has been a discipline or personality issue we are not privy to but from the outside it is looking very silly that we have a mature bodied clearance machine and he isn't needed in the 1's.

The only plausible explanation is that they (magnet, taggert) have (as someone has already mentioned) been committed to the Casey finals campaign, perhaps even requested it?
