Who has been to one of these? Are these limited to members only? Or can non-members still buy tickets? What are they like?

As far as i know the general public or members at very least can get tickets. Just contact the club.

Cost of a ticket is like $150 and it’s normally the Friday Night after the grand Final.

Yeah I got an email today about it, $170, Friday 2nd october. Just was interested to see what its like from other BF posters

Its not a bad night actually.

Generally there is a 3 course meal, booze etc.... then there is the round by round votes, some entertainment, then the official TV coverage for the last bit of the B&F votes, then the entertainment again.

It pretty similar to season launch except you probably get more player inteviews at the B&F night.

I've been to a couple of these and its good fun!

I went in 2003 was a very good night and I know I didnt pay for a drink all night Lets just say I was looked after by one Ronnie Burns

I played at it some years back with my band. It is a great night, you get to rub shoulders with the boys, and chat with them (if they're not too p'd), and just enjoy a good meal and drinkies, not to mention the wags.
