Sometimes a tanty is necessaryWe won 11-13 games after that tanty.
Facts. These Geelong theatre goers wouldn't know passion if it sold them a $1 block of land on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Wouldn't even put Martin in the conversation. He is not in Carltons best 22 . Can collingwood please take him off our books ?Assuming Cerra, Cuningham and Fantasia return, you're only missing McGovern, Motlop, Martin, Fogarty and Saad from your best possible team in 2024, it's really not that crippling especially when you've got 2 Coleman medallists, a Brownlow medallist, Ayres medallist and AA squad full back ALL in career-best form

Ask Fagan what he thought of Frampton's game - I'm tipping he'd say it made a huge difference to undermining their prospects. You need the soldiers to compliment the star players, heck you guys were even saying that Frampton played his part in your GF win last season.
you had a full list against Coll in RD 10 last year and lost.Well kinda, yeah.
When we have a full list to choose from or close to it I'd back us to be competitive with anyone, but I think the very best teams still bat a fair bit deeper than we do and have better capacity to cover injuries. Case in point with our issues in defence at the moment - Saad, McGovern and Doc out, thats half our absolute walk-up start backline and we just aren't good/deep enough to cover that yet.
I suggest you listen to a podcast of Hoyne on SEN last night.Carlton based on form should win this by about 2-3 goals. Collingwood's midfield is their weak point and that's Carlton's strength. Unlike Geelong, Collingwood have been quite average defensively this year. Since Carlton are one of the best front half teams this year, it should result in Carlton dominating territory and ultimately winning the game.
Although Collingwood punish turnovers quite heavily so Carlton better limit them if they want the 4 points.
we don't want downhill skiers.Wouldn't even put Martin in the conversation. He is not in Carltons best 22 . Can collingwood please take him off our books ?
If you read what I'm talking about that's what I'm saying, you need your soldiers.Ask Fagan what he thought of Frampton's game - I'm tipping he'd say it made a huge difference to undermining their prospects.
You gave a 1st & 2nd round pick for one last year.we don't want downhill skiers.
No Martin and no Fogarty from memory, and lost Weitering early in the game.you had a full list against Coll in RD 10 last year and lost.
I read it - I was making the point that it was not only Coll supporters who thought he did his job and contributed to our win.If you read what I'm talking about that's what I'm saying, you need your soldiers.
When it comes to effort and intensity our guy wins hands down. You gave a 1st & 2nd round pick for one last year.
So now you’re putting a disclaimer on your earlier comment- all good.No Martin and no Fogarty from memory, and lost Weitering early in the game.
Not that I'd be of the same opinion that I am now even if we had 0 injuries for that game, we weren't exactly traveling that well in round 10 last year to put it mildly. Almost a full season of exposed form later I think things are a little different.
Like you did last year?Hoyne on SEN last night said Geel are ranked 1 in scoring from turnover which is why they beat Carl.
On the same metric Coll is ranked 3.
Also said Coll ranks 6 for defending Turnovers while Carl is ranked 13.
Coll has the game style to expose Carlton.
So another 17 point loss? Can't stop lolling at the Carlton "luck" talk
Blues just too predictable, if the Pies are any good we'll get the same result

Correct in RD 10.Like you did last year?
Hang on hang on now that’s unjustified and I will not have this slander of our good name and our supporter base….Facts. These Geelong theatre goers wouldn't know passion if it sold them a $1 block of land on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Yeah but…you do remember what happened last year right?Correct
Would have thought the fact we're playing pretty different footy than we were in the first half of last year would be fairly obvious to everyoneSo now you’re putting a disclaimer on your earlier comment- all good.
How could we forget?Yeah but…you do remember what happened last year right?
You need to watch a bit of Martin mate you got no idea about him. When it comes to effort and intensity our guy wins hands down.
You’re thinking of the one we traded to the Hawks.
You were making a different point to my point.I read it - I was making the point that it was not only Coll supporters who thought he did his job and contributed to our win.
