My final side for the year:

BACKS: S Burgoyne, Swan, J Bowden, Hodge, Lappin, M Johnson, L Fisher
CENTRES: Goodwin, Mitchell, Edwards, Giansiracusa
RUCKS: Lade, Fraser, White, Simmonds
FORWARDS: Chapman, B Johnson, Riewoldt, Pavlich, Watson, Tarrant, Bate

RESERVES: Waters, Haddrill, Swallow, Higgins, M Clark, Ryder, Thomas, Watts

Not the best of sides i know, yet its my first year in this comp and a good learning experience :thumbsu:

Biggest mistakes were getting Watts and Haddrill from beginning and not getting rid of them, not getting Bruce around the start, and doing many stupid wasted trades (e.g. Simmonds for Cox Round 5, R Murphy for Lappin Round 2, Schammer for Sylvia :eek:)

Joel Bowden is my captain. Got Ablett and McLeod back this week. Decided against trading Bartel as I only have two trades left to help me win my league.

Disappointing for my Brownlow Medal ticket purchased two months ago when I got him at $41. He has been very quiet for the past month and I was hopind he'd regain some form. Can't see that happening.

Watch Melbourne start to choke. Stay away from trading for Melbourne players in the final four rounds, seriously. Especially considering they have to play the three most defensively tight sides in the comp (Swans, Roos, Crows). Statistics should indicate that Dream Team totals for each team are below average when playing against these three sides.

Partly correct;

Sydney 16th (best defensively)
Kangaroos 14th
Crows 6th

SImmonds. Cox will be recovring slowly for finals and wont get as much game time
Yeh I must say I'm leaning towards Simmonds. And he should have a big game as he's fresh and determined coming off his suspension. And I'm playing a guy who has an extremely strong side, so this is a massive game and I need a big score.

I have a feeling Solomon will come in for McPhee, thank god it's a Friday match.

I only got one emergency and Hodge is no certainty to play either.

I'm already one down (Bartel), maybe two down with Bruce unlikely to play.

I also have Bartel out allready. if Bruce Mcphee and Hodge don't play IM 4 DOWN!!!!!!!!:(

This weeks venues;

(total venues used this year = 11, with 1 representing the highest DT scoring venue)

MCG 2nd
Subiaco 5th
T/Dome 4th
AAMI 3rd
Darwin unranked, not used

So it could be a big scoring week, as no SCG or small regional grounds. Interestingly last week was the highest scoring round of the year so far.

Milburn
Hodge
Gilbee
Bowden
Cornes
Massie
Fisher (Grundy)

Goodwin
Power
Salopek (Jones)
Burgoyne

Lade
Fraser
White
Simmonds

Chapman
Johnson
Pavlich
Riewoldt
Sherman
Hall
Bate (Surjan)

2 trades, 85k. :thumbsu:
