Looks much better than '03.
Snaps, torps and improved player moment all look included based on the movie. Will have to wait and see just how good it turns out to be.

Similar to a tweaked 2003 in look, unfortunately it really doesn't help answer the question of whether or not the gameplay is any better 
(angled kicking for goal aside...and that might still be a bugger to control...)

This explains my point:
IR Gurus and Acclaim Entertainment have provided GameBiz game play footage of AFL Live 2004
Next month Acclaim will publish AFL Live 2004 accross PS2, Xbox and PC platforms.
IR Gurus have addressed game play mechanics, and now included are the torpedo kick, and the snap kick. We believe also a new tackling mechanic has been introduced.
Although this is a work in progress it would seem graphically AFL Live 2004 remains similar to that of AFL Live 2003.
but....Next week will have a Hands On preview with AFL Live 2004, so keep your eye out!

Think 2004 is a rent job just to see if the gameplay has improved at all. Without the gameplay, the game will blow. If it's playable with good AI then the snaps, torps and stats are all bonuses.
