With the skintight uniforms, maybe 1984 would've been a more appropriate setting.

Average price for games.

OK, not bad, but I'd really like to see the following implemented before the release:

- Choice of umpires' uniform colour
- Three extra stadiums: Telstra Stadium, York Park, Manuka Oval
- International Rules Series (plus the Croke Park ground)
- State of Origin Series (SA, VIC, WA, Allies)
- All VFL, SANFL, WAFL teams included. (ala a FIFA style game) Ability to play full season of AFL, VFL, SANFL or WAFL or exhibition game between any two AFL, VFL, SANFL, WAFL or State of Origin teams
- Advertising hoardings to match actual stadiums
- Ability for the umpire to be player controlled
- Ability to open/close roof at Telstra Dome
- Telstra Dome turf to look realistic (patchy)
- Realistic crowd sizes
- Coaches' post-game press conferences
- In season mode, players to able sustain injuries, get reported etc

Yeah, it's not a big issue, but you'd think they'd be able to correct silly errors like having Misiti as a redhead.

I'm yet to see such an error in an EA game.

Will do... thanks.

A St Kilda fan and C_J getting along? I guess this is what it sounds like when doves cry?

On the game itself, here would be my ultimate wishlist feature, which would take it from a 'rent, have a few goes, win a flag with your team' game to a real quality game.

- Player development over the course of the season.
In other words, players get better or worse depending on how much of the season they play, how well there team is doing, how well the coach takes care of them (eg, giving your star player a rest, sending the rookies on for a quarter), that sort of thing.

If that could be implemented, it would increase the replay value out of sight- you could choose to play your A team every week, or blood rookies- over the season, fatigue, form, experience, injuries etc could operate to make players better or worse- you'd have to make the same sort of decisions that real coaches make- do you overuse your gun midfielder to win you games down the stretch, or do you give him some time on the interchange bench and bring on the young gun from the reserves to get him some experience.

If anyone at all associated with AFL Live is reading this, please, think about it.

i think it will be alot of fun, i would like to know if it has player ratings for example voss 97 and jackovich 75

good point

i tink in 2003 they left that out, and just had a red bar or something to show that the players strenghts are

ratings are a must

with Vossy ranked highest of course!

All batsmen being right handed in the World Cup cricket game in '99, that's a pretty fair error.:p

EA are awful with cricket. No surprise really.

I actually moreso meant their American range of games. The Madden series, the NBA Live series etc.
