Anyone found something cool they did not expect?

I created Ben Cousins for my classic Eagles side. There's no "Cousins" in the commentary name to assign, so set it as "none".

And yet Dennis will call "Cousins" when he gets the ball. Pretty cool. Maybe there are a few retirees from last year with the same treatment?

I believe all 2010 players names were recorded, so try a few out and see how you go.

Yeah Dennis will call the retirees names, but on the other hand he doesn't say the first year players names, only if a rookie has the same name as another player

I've noticed a few times when playing against Victoria that Dennis will call them Revolution. Seems a bit odd, and it only happens every now and then.

Yeah. Disappointing as I can't assign a commentary name to Phil/Peter Matera.

I guess since the game was originally made for release last year, Dennis only did commentary on last year's players, and they just hid the retirees.

Any chance of a patch fix (to add 2011 players, don't delete 2010 players) or does Dennis charge by the hour?

I think you'll find a majority of the GC players that get called out have shared surnames.
