How the f*ck do you bounce the ball??

Sometimes it does it...sometimes it doesnt. Im sick of being caught 'running too far' when there doesnt seem to be any button to press to get the player to bounce the damn ball!!

I only get caught running too far when I kick the ball to myself and take everyone on..

The ball doesn't bounce if you have "turbo" on, so to bounce the ball you need to remove turbo and let the ball be bounced, then you can put it on again.
