Discussion AFL MEMBERSHIP query

Good afternoon all,

I would like some advice from fellow board members regarding afl membership. I am interested in taking it out with the club support package but I want to know if its worth it for a person like me who lives interstate and will be so next year at least (even if it is not adelaide) but goes to melbourne for games a fair bit and catches at least one other game there over the weekend.

Also, my main travelling companions are very unlikely to be members of either clubs or the afl - what's the rule on guest passes...how does this work?

I guess I would like to know if it's worth the outlay?

I couldn't recommend it highly enough my brother. I am a full member and have used it to attend multiple games that the Saints haven't played including GF's. It's great to have an option to attend blockbuster games, eg, Anzac Day, Cats v Hawks from Rnd 1 this year and also great to have special facilties like an AFL members only bar at Etihad for example. Depending on the crowd expected for the match you can get between 1 and 4 guest passes per membership. It's fantastic value and a godsend when it comes to getting finals tickets. If you want any further information brother, give me a PM but my opinion is that it is simply the way to go.
