The Blues fans just never get it. It's not about being hard or supportive of Ratten, it's about the deplorable state of their footy dept, of which Ratten is just a sympton.

They think good football is a question of will and outrage. It's about not having dongas like Kernahan or for that matter Pratt running things. You don't win flags today by cooking books and buying players. Such some big shit. Thought Judd would solve everything, like Tank picks. You're whole footy dept is utterly 80s and mediocre.

My brother goes for Carlton. God I feel dirty saying that. Anyway, that aside, can I please ask that all Collingwood supporters ensure that as the Blues continue on their slide to the bottom again, that we don't feel sorry for them? Ever.

My father and other (good) brother (Collingwood supporters) were starting to feel sorry for them a bit in the mid-2000s, whilst I advised them not to. My advice proved to be sound as sure enough, once superstar Juddy was onboard and they were a shoe-in for a flag, my Calton-supporting pr!# of a brother somehow found his arrogance and was taking dynasties. My father and good brother learnt their lesson. Especially after Round 3 this year. The phone calls and messages we copped....

Anyhow, when I think of Carlton and my hatred for them, I think about that South Park episode where Cartman makes someguy eat his own parents and licks his tears whilst doing so. I want to lick the tears of Carlton supporters.

I've never felt sorry for that cheating, scheming, lying piece of shit club that does everything outside the rules, yet when the got caught they sooked about the penalties for a decade.

If anything the AFL was too light on them, they should have been banned from the first round of the draft for 10 years, and had the 95 flag taken off them.

Next week we finish their season, they will be 6-8, no making the finals, let alone top four from there (wasn't that intro from 7 hilarious last night).:D
 
There is no purer form of Schadenfreude than Carlton imploding before our very eyes. Can't wait for next week. If we belt them, their season's over and it will be satisfying to see the whole ordeal come full circle.

He needs to worry Gibbs out of a contest on the forward flank, stream into the 50, kick a running goal and give the poor bloke (and the Carlton fans) a deserved thumbs up.

He's clearly a talented player, but yeah, doesn't seem too smart in that regard.

He fell out with Craig and that may have been for reasons such as you suggest.

Thes other games tonight giving no interest from our point of view - having just seen WCE get a free percentage boost, now with Bombers flogging the Dogs 94-42 in the third and likewise Swans and GWS ( 80-31 so far, also in the third)
 
You really just have to marvel at Jobe Watson. The transformation in his game over the last couple of seasons has been phenomenal. Now, like the really good top mids in the game, his ability to go forward and kick goals is what has turned him into a truly elite player.

On Taylor Walker, he's had four or five really bad acts this season, he's the type of guy I'd dislike playing against. I really hope he somehow gets his head screwed on so all his talent (he's been fantastic this year) doesn't get overshadowed by his continual unruly acts.

Geelong beat Port 99-61 and shore up seventh spot.

Makes the upcoming game Saints and NM at Etihad a very big game for those clubs.

Saints have their tagged Jones out so no doubt Boomer will be happy.
Siposs out too.
They've brought in Saad and Milera to speed things up and pressure NM backs clearing the ball out.

NM have lost Thompson which may hurt them controlling reiwoldt so will be fascinating to see who prevails today.

Love to see North win, but reckon Saints close to a cert.
