Where are you Gets! ?

Where are people putting their money?

I got on the dogs to lead at each change against the hawks at $2.75 and on the swans to win by under 39.5 points at $2.30.
Theres not much value this round, some lopsided games and some very even games. The crows freo game looks to be a very good contest not sure which way it will go

Going to get on St Kilda and Western Bulldogs.

Williams is out for the Hawks and it will most likely be bucketing down in Adelaide tonight...St Kilda also don't mind playing at AAMI and games between these 2 clubs are usually close.

The Bulldogs will be too quick and skilful for Hawthorn.

Adelaide are also good value and will have a crack at them depending on the result of the above games.

Actually just took St Kilda with a 24.5 point headstart at $1.60

With the weather in Adelaide you wouldn't think St Kilda or even Port would win by more than 4 goals.

If I didn't go for the Saints I'd get on Port at the handicap.

I also like Melbourne to get within +30.5 points at the SCG.

Hawthorn are big value at 2.40.

Adelaide at 2.00 might also be worth a go.

Back Kangaroos at the +20.5

With rain predicted and Ablett Jnr likely not playing, the line will probably start closer to 16.5 or 17.5.

Back Kangaroos now at +20.5, then Geelong game day at -16.5 and you've got some free numbers running for you.

I put 300 for a head to head port win.The conditions were crap, so i didnt choose a handicap, it was too difficult to predict the margin.I am happy with my 55% return :)
Still a good win. Over 39 was paying 4.50, pretty decent odds.

Today, I'm not betting on the Richmond-West Coast game - Richmond are at big odds but surely they won't win this week. West Coast over 39.5 could be the way to go.

Had $200 on West Coast -27.5 - that time wasting in the end could have cost me, you have to prepare to be burnt with margin bets though, which I was.

Anyway Melbourne +34 looks a good bet and Carlton look OK as the outsiders (but don't trust them, so no bet).

Lost $100 on the Saints last night.

Oh well, more than comfortable will make it up with the cricket and the Doggies.
I've backed the Aussies heavily during the tournament, first when they got out to 3.35 after the tour of NZ, then 3.00 after the Scotland game, and then at 2.82. Even the 1.43 on offer is worth a shot (but won't take it now)...will bring in a profit of 3,095 if rain doesn't kill off the game, which I'm scared of :(

Is it raining over there too?! It is bucketing down in Adelaide.

I had $50 on Richmond to win by less than 24 at $6.75 - Lost

But had $100 on Richmond with a 24.5 point start...so just scraped that home, was paying $1.91

Chance of light showers in the Windies I hear...but hopefully not enough to threaten the Aussies getting over the line.

I had $10 on the Tigers at 4.10, thought they were a bit of value and they put up a good fight in the end (but not good enough). I'm gonna put $10 on Melbourne to win as well (paying 6.20)...call me crazy but I think they'll get close to the Swans, if not cause an upset.

Well, rain threatened to **** up the Aussies, but we smashed em, ECSTATIC at the 3K collect :thumbsu:

Today I like the Hawks at 2.60, and the Crows are at huge odds now, I've laid Fremantle at 1.71 :thumbsu:

Logic says the Hawks won't win 4 on the trot, but I think they'll be able to handle the conditions today a bit better than the Doggies - who haven't really been impressive over the past couple of weeks.

Should be a good game, really could go either way, but I hope the Hawks can get up :thumbsu:
