Wouldn't have thought the duties of club doctor extend to testing substances and running WADA style drugs tests. That's his job. to find out though.

So by your logic then there's no problem?I'm sure if there was a problem and there was evidence left behind they would have the results back by now.

OK so now we all understand why Jack Watts would be getting injections in his abdomen.
My inside source tells me that Richmond is the unnamed second club, and mentions that the investigation concerns a "recent, high-profile, high draft pick".
at any rate, who calls ASADA down to say "hey... come and look at my legal supplement program"?

You could chuck the ingredients into Google yeah, that's easy enough. But I'm talking about actually testing the substances. Which is what I assume ASADA is doing.Jarrad Waite said in an interview that players (Carlton) have taken supplements they bought online and that everyone has to take it to the club Dr who then checks it off that what's in it is OK with the guidelines.
That's the Carlton procedure, I'd assume most clubs would have their Dr perform a similar role.
Nope, AFL doesn't know who the player is yet.Could this be because the player has either changed clubs since the alleged incident or retired and they need to clarify which club(s) can or should be informed?

Strikes me given the Wade Lees case that is an odd way to do things.

I would have thought that rather than source supplements online the sensible thing to do would be to have all supplements supplied by the club.

You never know. Look at that League club that found all those urine samples.
Pretty simple for the ACC to dispute Demetriou, they have no interest in upholding the AFL's PR.So they say.

Guessing a bloke like Doc Reid might not have the technology on hand to test substances for legality and what's in them etc.
I'm into complete guessing territory here by the way. I'm not claiming to have any secret source or anything.
Sheesh docker supporters...
Another muppet from another board was trying to tell me because 'he knew' 20 eagle players are under investigation.
pathetic supporters.

Plus they'd want independent verification.Probs not mate, $1000 a throw, im not sure they would have the money, let alone the technology.
And it shouldnt be his job anyway, too many doors left open. Reckon the Doc is real clean in all of this, he's solid.
