For the second time this year, the West Coast Eagles clash with St Kilda during Indigenous Round.
Will the W join the men and make it Waalitj Marawa 2, Euro-Yroke 0? Tune in from 1:05pm to find out.
Big Riggs’ debut is a cause for celebration, and she’s joined by fellow debutant Courtney Lindgren. The role of Sarah Lakay has been a point of discussion in the AFLW thread, and her recall to the team is something of a surprise. Perhaps with no Amy Franklin we’ll see the return ofDeGoey Lakay in the goalsquare.
On the other side, the Saints unexpectedly did a number on Adelaide in Round 1, before getting roundly put back in their place last week with a 74 point loss.
In last week’s final kick loss to Essendon, the Eagles showed the ability to move the ball well and answer some serious questions asked of the backline, but with absolutely no reliable connection forward of the wing chances were at a premium. Can they find a way to capitalise on their periods of dominance, or is it going to be another game where we are holding on for dear life and hoping the bounce goes our way?
