I would imagine a party room with Tim Wilson in it would be more likely to support SSM than one without him.
If you are going to implement small government, you first have to qualify for the second word in that description. Wilson is, of course, free not to give the Department of Parliamentary Services his bank details and be an MP for free, a la Clive Palmer. Of course Palmer turns up to Parliament when he feels like it.
