Anderson v Jadeja

Was away, so missed everything to do with this, but I can only assume they were arguing over who is the bigger ****head.

Dhawan, sadly, was having lunch at the time but was declared the winner anyway.

While I don't usually back England in anything, their murky past in these sorts of matters, combined with the BCCI's manipulation of the ICC, I'd be tempted to say it's an effort to distract Anderson.

The talk is that this is all Dhoni - the BCCI apparently tried to get them to reconcile without a hearing.

English media seem appalled this couldn't be dealt with quietly.

Bit like how quietly they dealt with Warner/Root obviously.

Only Michael Vaughan said anything about it being dealt with quietly. Unless you're saying vaughan counts as the entire "english media" . Ive seen nobody else say any such thing ,unless you have some links to post up .

Plus it was AUS cricket who punished warner with no prompting from anyone else. Shit comparison .

Jadeja got charged with walking towards Anderson in an aggressive manner.

This is hilarious

"The spirit of Cricket is whatever England say it is this week."

Quoted for rolled gold truth. I think Indian Cricket is filled with absolute wankstains (both on the field and running the BCCI), but the Poms are Olympic-podium standard for gamesmanship and poor sportsmanship and have been for decades.
