Android Apps

I hope this thread differs enough from the other android thread on this board but I was hoping to have a thread where people could recommend various applications they run into.

I haven't had an android phone for long but thus far my favourite apps are Endomond, to track my running, and foursquare, which is basically about checking in at various places and seeing where your friends have checked in.

Does anyone else know of good apps we should be looking into?

Mytracks is good if you're into bushwalking, dirtbiking, hunting etc out in a bush.

That's quite similar to Endomond, I suppose. Having elevation is quite cool.

I just got onto foursquare, which I believe makes me a nerd.

Just installed juice defender to try and squeeze more from my batteries. My HTC Sensation chews the juice, especially when there's no service available.

Unfortunately all smartphones do from the story i'm hearing lately.

My mate has an iphone
I have a work HTC and my sister has a motorola mo7 and nobody seems to get much better than 2 days out of them...(Thats unless you don't turn it on that is...)

It's an area all smartphone Manufacturers need to concentrate their efforts on because it's way to average at the moment.
