....let's just say if all goes to plan....& with Harvey not knocking him back as yet....would we chase him?

Dogs - Yet to rule him out, but with Akermanis already on the books, I'm betting he's not what's required in the kennel

Of course all would depend on many restrictions & small writing in his contract.

Yes he has off field issues the SIZE of which Jeff Farmer could only dream about....but perhaps Harvey/scott/Wallis/Bond/Germo could knock some sense into him.....personally I'd take the risk....besides it would pi55 off Weagle supporters no end.

It would cost us virtually nothing for one of the very top echelon players in the AFL - we would be fools not to look at him.

Lets not talk about taking the moral high ground and all that bullshit.. Benny would improve our team if he was playing. NOONE disputes that - so why not at least look at picking him on the cheap?

If Ben Cousins was to be allowed into the PSD, at this stage it's 50/50. He would be taken number 1 by Richmond.

I read what Miller said, and he never said at anytime NO, all he said, we have not talked about it, cause he's not into the PSD, if Ben falls into PSD, the Tigers would be talking about it, and he would be wearing the yello and black.

it's no brainer i would think.

Personally, don't care either way, if Ben commits off the field, like he does on the field, he will win his battle against his demons.

Harvey only said he wouldn't rule it out. In reality he was playing hypotheticals, Cousins really is not his prefered option.

There's only one club that has come out and enthusiastically said they'd take him.

I wouldn't be too surprised to see the Evils and the AFL do an about face and Benny will be back with West Coast. He's still on their list. The charges will probably be dropped. He isn't really missing. Think about it.
