I can't believe some of you Adelaide posters are so excited about Corrie. Those who have opposed the idea give yourself a pat on the back,the rest, Corrie is as soft as butter and no heavier than a feather. If you're looking to bring mediocre players to the club waste some cash on him.

I think you should have a look at the Essendon V Brisbane game from 2004 at Telstra Dome (Round 10 I think?) and change your view. In this game Corrie got cleaned up by Fletcher, earned his free, went back and sloted the goal. Less than a minute later he outmarked a taller, stronger player in the goal square and sloted another goal.

This was an important time in the match as Essendon had kicked the last five and were leading by 2.

I am happy for the lions to keep Corrie and let Caracella go if it comes down to a choice due to Salary Cap.

I didn't get Read and Fletcher confused. Read was last year anyway. I did get the two Chad's confused and also got Collingwood and Melbourne confused. Melbourne did get a player from WC this off season, but I can't remember his name. Plus, Victorians only get to see Victorian teams play so I only saw two Eagles games this year.

Amongst the confusion I hopefully erradicated any belief I got Fletcher and Read mixed up.

No worries mate, as I said no offence intended. I don't know the player you were thinking of either!!!

As a Crows supporter in Melbourne you need to get onto Foxtel. I'm in the same crappy situation here in Perth - WCE and Freo are on free to air, rarely get a Crows game at all on TV except when they play those 2 teams. Of course Essendon is on almost every Friday night so on free to air so you wouldn't need Foxtel here if you barracked for them. That has got to be a huge free ride in terms of sponsorship etc.....
