The Crows have had a poor season and today played an error prone game, but still pumped us by 52 points. Although we were close to 3/4 time, that was largely due to putting the first 3 goals on the board. I thought we were pretty much beaten all day from there.

I've been trying to think if there were any positives out of the game but I'm struggling. Schulz looked good in the first quarter, but after that there wasn't much to get out of it. None of the other youngsters really impressed today, though Moore, Jackson and Hartigan have shown enough overall in the games they have played to suggest they will develop into good players. Weller did a few good things, but I'm not sure that he will be more than an interchange-type or list-filler. Hasn't played a lot of games though so he could possibly develop - he looks prepared to put his body on the line and have a go, but has no left foot at all.

Zantuck and Tivendale showed a little bit more form than they have been in, though Tivva gets cornered on his left side too much. Bowden tried hard across half back, but was giving away too much height and with the ball coming down so much probably had his colours lowered on the day. Fleming also keeps having a dip.

Krak is one I really find hard to classify. He will be into his fifth year next year and needs to improve at least as much next year as he has this year to establish himself as a player.

Before today I didn't think there was any way we would get the spoon, as even the Bulldogs had to go out of their way to lose against Hawthorn, but after today's game I'm not so confident.

There was a real positive today

Only two games more under this pathetic coaching panel!!!!

"We know we can play better".

After listening to the radio for 3qtrs I thought i'd catch the last one on telly.
I've never seen a more pathetic football team in all my life. Our uncanny ability to kick the ball straight to our opponent is laughable. Ray halls direct handball to the opposition resulting in a goal was a total joke. This guy is a hack. Chaffey was running around like a little lost sheep and fiora is a total waste of space.

Oh god, please put us out of our misery and end the season now.

The battle for the spoon is on next week. We are a real chance!!!

As for ben marsh? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA LMFAOOOOOO.

Biggest positive to come out of todays game was that we lost! Priority picks are looking good now!

In all seriousness, big positive today was Flemings game. He has a hardness about him, and today he showed a lot.

Another one to step up was Rodan. This guy hasn't had the oportunities needed to show his stuff. Today really gave something.

yeah both positves, i think wallace will like fleming....nedds to work on kicking though...weller presented strongly ...looks to have built himself up through this year...like to see him repeat this form in next couple

There were precious few postives but I thought Hartigan was playing well until he strained his knee.He gives us alot of run out of half back and for an 18 year old has been very cool under a mountain of pressure. It can't be much fun playing your first dozen games in a Richmond backline where you're constantly under the pump. And when you finnally get a bit of run out of the backline only to see the Captian hold it up on the wing.

Hyde was quite good again. He does as much as Tivendale each week except harder and without the fanfare and B grade grass cutters.

Weller showed a bit but he's very slow.Don't know if he'll survive the cull.

Bowden was great again.Career best form.

Fleming's skills are terrible - trade/delist
Rodan has no defence game at all - trade/delist

Fleming will get us nowhere. Skills are non existent and lacks stamina.

Must go.

Yep, I have a positive!

With our effort and skill against the crows, if we can replicate it next week we should be able to boost the Hawks to 4 wins, and swing them past us on percentage.

Bring on Number 1 draft pick!

For the second time today Tigerland i am with you .

Bit of a tough call with Fleming because he is actually doing what precious few are doing around the joint are at the minute and that is actually putting his body on the line . he is tough one to work out . skills are shocking but he does have a bit of a presence out threre and he does get under thier skins .

As for Rodan , week after week whoever he is playing on carves us up . His decision making is consistently shocking . Did anyone see the time when he was streaming down the ground , had three bounces ,got to 50 and instead of having a shot , kicked to the wrong side of Richo , standing about 20 metres out from the goal , wrestling with his opponent . It is hard to desribe but it was very comical ............ it was so the wrong thing to do .He just consistently turns the ball over , and when he does have it, no-one knows what he is going to do with it .

would love to see his ineffective kicks and clanger stats for the year .Time is up for the D-Rod

I thought the only positive out of the game was i got to go out on the ground & hold up the windbreak for the players .....at 3 qtr time... :D

And getting to meet some of the players at Adelaide airport ,only because there plane flight was running late... :)
