I grew up in Darwin and it was all white kids except for the few aboriginals which all spoke good English and valued their education. Where do you think your team got Cyril Rioli from? He didn't come out of the bush.

I was speaking to a lady a few years ago who had kids in school. She said most of the kids her white kids went to school with were mixed race from immigrant families like Pakistan, Africa, Asia. Yes, the majority of children are now non-white.

That is simply what happened when the whites failed to breed. The government thought it fitting to bring in people that would.

So what white people are all supposed to start breeding for the good of the nation? The same nation that is overcrowding in major cities, people of parenting age can't afford houses and jobs can b casual at best for a significant minority. How will having children unable to be supported help?

I agree with you that immigration has run out of control and needs major reform but engaging in some weird arms race to have children won't solve anything.

Because government tried to keep the gravy train rolling through endless growth. There wasn't a voter push for a "Big Australia." In fact ask most voters and they will probably agree with you. Far easir thou just to demonise a bunch of refugees to pretend to be tough on borders when the reality is quite the opposite.

Yes people are supposed to breed for the good of the nation. It's what all good countries do. Some countries go a little too far though like China.

Oh I totally agree with that. We never asked for all the immigrants it was the bleeding hearts that we put in power that wanted to show Australia to be a compassionate nation that broke down the walls and let them flood in. I don't think we were ready. We simply don't have the glaciers to turbo charge our food bowl like India/China have the Himalayas.

People who actively oppose are overwhelmingly existing owners who really care about their property value. So yes.

I agree with this.

What makes them even more selfish is they bought their properties when property was cheap. The wind was blowing in a direction that benefitted them and now they want to protect that advantage.

Anti-immigration is very popular in Europe right now. I'm just going with the flow :)

I'm not against all immigration I just think that during a recession it's important to support the people that are born here rather than letting in a whole bunch of people that are going to make it harder for them to find high wage full time employment.

I don't think this post is offensive (however a few of your previous ones raise questions), when you say your not against all immigration, what are you advocating? A cap against all asylum seekers, overstayers and skilled migrant visas?

Do you really think a recently arrived refugee is going to compete with someone looking for "high wage full time employment"?

Frankly if a new arrival can beat a local to any job, the real question is "what the **** is Darren doing"?
