St Kilda produced the most pathetic performance in a PF since the bulldogs in 1998 and the bulldogs were equally as woeful. Or should we not lower ourselves to the begging lows of those two clubs?

If Robert Harvey ever wanted to win a premiership he should have changed clubs. I have no sympathy for him at all from that point of view.

His devotion to the hapless Saints was reminiscent of Darth Vader's "sad devotion to that ancient religion".

No doubt Ross Lyon will get sacked next year now ... things will never change at the St Kilda.

There are too many losers in football and far too few winners. Unless you win the premiership your season invariably ends in heartbreak and ridicule (sound familiar?!)

I got howled down on the main board for pointing out the Saints will be most likely NOT to get Harvey into a GF.

with no disrespect to Harvey because he has been a great asset to AFL football but the Saints will be better off without him next year.

The joy that filled my heart after the 97 prelim and what we did to the dishlickers still makes me smile. Let alone the fact we did it again in 98 (actually we *******ed them). They'll be the Western Sydney Bulldogs soon enough.

As for the Aints (literally the most irrelevant club in the history of the AFL) well we've doubled their trophy count already. It's scary to think we could finish stone cold motherless last for the next 25 years straight and still not be as shit as St Kilda.
