So is that us done for this year's trade period?

We've got Stenglein and that's great, but I expected Woosha to go harder after a couple more players.

Given that we've still got Chambers, Morrison and Humm definitely being traded, and a handful of others we'd be willing to part with, will we be targetting other players, or just loading up on 2nd and 3rd round draft picks?

I haven't heard any rumours about any players being targetted by West Coast.

Am I missing something, or have we played our hand for this year?

West Coast are just waiting for possible better offers than the ones they have already gotten for Morison Chambers ect.

By the end of trade week expect the eagles to have another 2nd rounder and a 3rd rounder, and be without Morrison and Chambers IMO.

I'd rather us go from players than draft picks.

Perhaps three way trades involving Damon White, but i don't know if Chambers and Morrison will suffice for him.

I would like us to go after another tall defender. Doesn't neccesarilly have to be a top line defender, but just another option to have down in defence in case of injuries.

White just signed yesterday so i HIGHLY DOUBT he will be traded (and am still not 100% sure if the Heffernan rule exists or not as ive read rules saying yay and nay)

These are the very early stages of my Freo-bagging preseason. I start small after the surgery to remove my sense of fair play, gradually regain some touch with a few jibes, then do some endurance and invective work with T_P over Christmas, and really begin to find some form midway through the wizard cup.

Anyway as for who we should get, it all depends on what Morrison/Chambers can fetch, and its been a tough week to assess players' value- draft picks have been flying everywhere. A couple more 2nd rounders would make me happy, or alternatively one player I would be interested in (and might be gettable) would be Baird from the Roos- decent sized defender who had a poor year, but has played some good games in his career.
