Reading a lot of your posts, and my wife being a Richmond gal and seeing her suffering too I am begining to see a similar resemblence in mood to that of Carlton a year ago.

The heat is now on Wallace with 50/50 of supporters divided on whether he should stay or go. You guys can't afford to pay him out... he has 2 years left on a contract... does this sound familiar?????

You have a bunch of young players but the coach keeps saying we need to get X amount of game time into them.. etc etc..

It sounds like Pagan all over again guys!

If you can Richmond folk... go rattle some tins, collect as much money as you can and give it to the club to get Wallace out... he'll destroy the fabric of your team... I suspect next year you'll be in the same boat that Carlton will be in.... go bring in someone that Bleeds richmond and not tanning lotion!

Cheers

Sheedy wont coach Richmond because he is 60 y/o. I am afraid he is past his best as evident in the last couple of days with will the bombers keep him or not. Also we can not afford to pay out Wallace.

Richmond and Carlton have the same problems as evident in ladder positions. The problem is that we both have no leaders at both clubs. Whos to say that Sheedy wants to coach? Has he actually said he wantsto?? Maybe its a media beat up, to get him another job. Its time for the younger coaches and put there hands up. Both teams have to be patient with whats available. Also another problem is the mess left by Richmond's previous (spud the dud) coach who decided to trade away 1st round draft picks.

thought you were going to talk about appointing someone with 20 odd years experience behind them that has lost sight of what the modern game is all about, rather than the tripe you dished up:o

From what ive seen on here, 75% of tigers fans are saying to keep wallace here, and let him finish his contract. its just all you losers that cant get your own boards popular coming in here and telling us to get rid of him...

Maybe Pagan it's just has been proven to the crap without a strong list. I'm 100% behind Terry. This year is the toughest part of his rebuilding plan and it had to happen because you can't rely on our best players being injury free every year

Valid point, the problem is lack of accountability and pressure on the coach to perform with their respective long term deals, I think 3 year contract would have been better with extension based on their performances. Laidley was under the pump with a string of losses earlier this season, but he has managed to pull the side together to be competitive, It could have gone the same way for the tigers if they got the early wins, but wallaces body language and coaching has been terrible and very disappointing. wallace lack fire in the belly and motivation to produce stroke of genius in the game.
