I've used ASMR videos in the past to relax. Never found it sexual in any way. Quite the opposite actually.

i listen to a fair bit of asmr on youtube. 1 in particular, gentlewhispering is very good and therapeutic. if it's just the tingles you're after, there's also a bloke called john butler who has a voice that is also good to fall asleep to.
