CARLTON will hunt for a senior and experienced figure to join its coaching department in the wake of sweeping changes around Michael Voss this off-season. The Blues are keen to be creative as they look to replace the previous 'head of coaching performance and innovation' role, which was held by Aaron Greaves. The role is expected to be different to the senior assistant coaching position, which is already held at the Blues by the highly respected Ash Hansen.
