Murray and Federer about to start their QF match in the next 15-20 minutes. I like Murray in this one.

The winner will play Raonic who beat Fognini 6-1, 6-0. Ferrer will play Benneteau (def. Wawrinka in 3) after beating Robredo in 3.
 
Well, given the 4 players left, whoever wins it will still be a moment to behold.

Ferrer - seemingly past his best but still having a solid year, would almost happily retire on winning his 2nd Masters (both on HC)
Benneteau - would be unforgettable if he wins a lone Masters after his long-running curse in lower level finals
Raonic - His first Masters
Federer - Hasn't won a title this big in about 2 years, like Ferrer, something to cherish in the twilight of his career. Needs a win in a big final after a few recent disappointments.

Federer would have to be strong favourite from here, you would think, but all are a chance.

Odd to have 3 32yos in the SFs of a Masters tournament. Could turn out to be their last shot at such a title as well, there will be a lot of desperation.

Ferrer just won't go quietly into the night. Reaches another Masters final, and has also already won 43 matches this year. Had a very lucky draw to the final here, most certainly, but after this result he is most likely heading for another WTF appearance.
 
Sharapova and ivanovic in a classic match at the moment. And was up 4-0 in the second set but lost it 7-5. Current
Currently 6-5 on serve in the third.
Fed v raonic to start after this finishes.
 
Federer seems to have a handle on Raonic. Definitely a player Raonic doesn't want to face in the USO.

Ferrer still hasn't beaten Fed, and fluffed his opportunity last week. His best chance to ever beat Fed was probably last year. Good luck to him. Fed really deserves a big title though.
 
Fed loves playing big servers, has Raonic's number completely. Will take a complete collapse to lose to Ferrer tomorrow morning despite the 3 setter they play last week. Ferrer has been solid but his draw has helped.
 
Hope Ana can keep herself composed against Serena this time around. All it takes is a little slip up like last week..

Nope, got destroyed.

Federer won in 3 sets, went walkabout in the 3rd but Fed won the 3rd pretty comfortably.
