Help Automated Alerts I Don't Want

I haven’t checked my thread preferences yet but I will shortly.
As for the interactions, I’m wondering if me reacting to posts is causing the site to act as if I replied to them.
What’s really confusing is the alerts coming from threads that I’ve never visited. I have no clue what the source of those alerts is or where it’s coming from.
Edit: I just took a look at my feed and noticed that there’s still an issue with threads in the Swans sub section

Have you checked those threads to see if you are watching them?

There is an option in your preferences that indicates whether you watch each thread you interact with.

A reply, a reaction, a vote in a poll - all are interactions with a thread.
