Anyone else seen the ads on espn for this sport/game that's a cross between football/basketball and i think gymnastics?

can't remember the exact name of it other than to say it ends in "ball".

Two hoops at either end.
Players wear a bit of padding.
Mini trampolines positioned around the hoop (at some distance)
Soft matting (like what we'd use at school gym) around the hoop and court
Players basically run and evade defenders, jump on a trampete and launch themselves to the hoop heading for a dunk. Some mad hops (thanks to the props).

Can anyone jog my memory on the name of the sport?

No problem. Does anyone see it coming to Australia any time soon?

Imagine if a gym put it together, would get year long waiting list's to have a go.

Looks a bit like "entertainment," not "sport."

Are they professional athletes or its more like WWE with quite a few set ups.

Not sure either way by that video.

Pretty sure it's an actual sport and not set-up.

Yeah that video is bloody funny. Unreal how they just leave him there haha. 'Get the medics'

Anyone been watching this on FuelTV at all?

Caught a bit of it the other day and just before. One of the teams were coaching by Kenny Anderson (the guy that played at like 7 or 8 teams). Was awesome for a while but then it wore off after about 10 minutes, didnt actually see that many huge dunks or anything.

BAHAHAHAHHAHA!
I could watch that video all day.
Stupid little american weiner boys :D

But yeh I agree, the novelty wears of REAL quick in this game. No doubt it'd be fun to play though.

Watch it every so often. Good stuff. If you wanna see big dunks, watch for the Maulers and a guy called Stan Feltcher. He is the best around

watched it one night when i was super high. Gets repetiative after a while but it's not that bad.

It looks fake some of the time =S
It's not. That's what happened a couple of years ago. The sponsors wanted to script it, and because the creators refused, they lost sponsors and had to go on hiatus for a couple of years, until recently when it has remerged
