Barring the absolute red genius (Murrihy) and the exploits of old leather face at Ballarat last year- Ballarat based sides have as much lyrical content in the songs they are singing as Santana. Murrihy was an absolue breath of fresh air and i still think he is one of the best coaches the BFL has seen. He deserves all the accolades he gets and he single handedly has saved face for the City of Ballarat in repect of sporting accountablity. All of the drunken netballers at the Henderson should have been lining up at the boys toilets to try and score some sort of erotic dalliance with their own "red jesus" instead of the unsuccessful, non monogomous, recreational drug using Melton South boys that they pursued.

Darley will win the grand final this year on their ear. The introduction of Urch, Dryden and finally Hassent (thanks to the new migrant visa laws) will only bolster the strength of the young (but one year more mature devils)... Sunbury i thought were going to be the second best side but now Lee James has jumped ship and the big poo wagon has started its engine, im not sure the human garden gnome can get it to slow down in time for finals footy. Sunbury still need to eliminate drunken golf days at Hidden Valley where they leave players behind passed out under trees, smash golf carts and get letters from club presidents stating "Thanks for coming, but dont ever come back"... Old habits never die and it seems Midget man has re-introduced the culture of drinking alcohol, upsetting people, vandalising property and public nudity..

Lee James has gone to Moama for $1200 a week. He signed on the following contractual points
-The promise of being able to be nude in the club rooms after 10pm
- He is allowed a maximum of 2 foreign objects in his rectum at every footy function (he pushed for 3 but Moama stood firm
and last but not least he demanded they ship his favourite Gisborne Thai masseuse to games to rub him down in all of the usual areas that need attention.

Sunbury might have to resort back to asking Brendan Alger to come to functions for someone to laugh at!!!

Darley wouldn't make the finals in the gfl. If they played colac, south barwon, st. mary's they wouldn't get within 10 goals. There are 30 Brad Millers running around in the gfl and we haven't even got to the good teams onballers. Darley need to stay where they are. Maybe win a premiership and start spruiking.

It must not only me that think the 3 best sides are - Darley, South and Sunbury - they are the top 3 in the betting. (shhh but they are all Eastern Bloc teams). Where did that idiot go who mentioned the Ballarat teams are the dominant ones???

Wow, I know there is one that plays for Melbourne, but 30 in the one league must be confusing. How does that work? Must be hard on B and F night.

Why does everyone rate melton south? They have picked up antonowicz but lost mamalis and sutts won't play while grenfell is a loose cannon. Who is any good in the mid field? The new guys from the rdfl?
