Fear of reasonable heights. Ive done a stack of adventure height related stuff (bungi, skydiving, hang gliding etc) and been perfectly fine. Get me standing on the top few rungs of a ladder and I freeze. Dont even ask me to get on a roof of a house.

Freaking mouth ulcers. Got two at the moment (one on top lip, one on bottom) and it is hell. Nothing you can do except ride them out. Any movement of the mouth can cause stinging like being poked with a red-hot needle. Eating is the worst as most foods cause a reaction.
