There is a rumour on saintsational that beau dowler was involved in a car crash last night, and that he mightn't play footy next year :S
Does anyone know if it's true or not?

Rumour appears to be spot on - he was involved in a car accident and has broken his pelvis in 3 places. I don't know any other particulars though.

Well with the abundance of picks the Hawks have im sure they could go for him as one of the "risk picks" rather than a Beau Muston or Travis Varcoe

I would not worry to much you may not go as high as you would of but you will still be drafted, it may just be a little lower down the pecking order thats all.

If Carlton picked you at pick 20 I would be over the moon

Sad news. If he has broken his pelvis in three places I doubt he will get drafted as it's a very serious and long term injury. It would definitely take more than a year to recover and his pelvis will most likely never be the same.
