Dover looks like being a pretty solid player.
Needs to maintain the sort of intensity as seen on Fridee throughout his career, and work on his kicking.
Granted his kicking was good the other night, but I have seen other games for us and at Willi where it has been sub-AFL standard. I don't think he's got major technical problems in this area, so he might be fine with a bit more confidence and composure. Tends to get a bit up and under.
All in all, he should be very proud of his year, as people are less forgiving when it comes to analysing rookies as opposed to main listed draftees. They do really have one year to show something and Dover's done that!
