You both would have to be fairly dissapointed in how you finished off for the year. Apart from a 5 min patch in the second quarter (but you were unable to put goals on the score board) Doon had control all day. I thought too few of your players were accountable for there opposition and not enough players were pushing to the contests. I though Anderson played well and Webster was very good.
Im not sure what went wrong in the first quarter of our game other than we tried a couple of things that obvously did not work. It was a fairly tight game from then on other than in the 3rd quarter when we waisted opportunities and kicked something like 2 goals 10.
All going well we should have 1 or 2 players come back into the side that will strengthen us and hopefully we can push Doon for that remaining spot in the Grand Final.

8.2.50 to 1 or 2 points at quarter time.
Changed a coulple of things and it was 13.9 to 8.15 for the rest of the game. We came out after the long break to kick 3.11 waisting a lot of shots on goal. We played a crap first term and im sure both us and Bonnie Doon (who were there watching) know we have a fair chance of beating you.
You blokes have played well all year and deserve to go into the Grand Final favourites but just being favouroite wont get you the Flag, you will need to earn it.
Who were you playing on?
And showtime, unlike others I dont come on here to big note just talk a little footy!!
On anouther note is it settled that the league continue as is? Dont know what the rest of you think but its shit playing each other as much as we do. Unless something can be done I feel it might be a slow death for the B&DFL.

Fair review on the game . The above mentioned & Croot were good , No accountability . Pollard & Vallender must have been jet lagged . Disappointing considering all the hype they put on themselves early on.

OK. This week i think that finally Tatong seconds have risen to the level that will make it a competitive game this weekend against longwood and should be a good game to watch but a better match to play in as there is a little unfinshed buisness between the two teams........

Longwood player got 2 weeks and th Goorambat player got off. It would be interesting to know how the tribunal came to the decision of dismissing evidence and suspending one player but accepting evidence and clear the other.

The senior umpires of the league( as they umpired the 2nds on the weekend) do not have the backing of the league if they dont suspend based on their evidence.
You wonder why there isnt more reports in this league but the answer is why bother when the tribunal attend with pre determined outcomes.

I spose i gota hand it to you three for sticking so close together!! I can see why Tatong was so eager to get the Longwood player suspended as Tatong play Longwood in the reserves, but whats the story with Swanpool? I know that will be because of the bad write up they got in the paper and on the ball from Longwood. Well done boy's but im still sure Longwood seconds will come out on top on Sunday!!

I thought if the umpire was prepared to go to the tribunal it was always a given that the player would expect to cop a few weeks unless exception circumstances
To have 2 blokes reported for striking each other and one gets off is not logical. Either both go or both get off.
I think this is why violent acts are starting to occur as there is no punishment even if you are reported.

What does this have to do with 'Bullfrog' getting off his charge? He struck a player, the umpire saw this yet the tribunal clears him. You can't throw the umpires evidence out, particularly in bush footy where it's hard enough to get umpires in the first place. Poor form by the BDFL 'officials

Thats ignorant. If you do the crime you do the time. I see you didnt question that "bullfrog" has struck someone. Priors only come in to sentencing because in Australia unlike the B&D tribunal your innocent until proven guilty
