This kid is a real chance for this years draft. Son of gun Noel Mugavin, the lions will be really watching out for him. Keeps a low profile like Nathan Ablett but really wants to get to Brisbane. Next centre half forward after Jonathon Brown, who is his first cousin.

I have seen this boy play and i agree with what you have said he may be as good as his cousin in years to come.

he plays centre half forward and plays for south warrnambool in the hampden league. He cant go father son but should be a big chance. I watched him on the weekend and he took 15 marks with 9 of them being contested... big chance!!!

I have seen this young fellow play and i rate him very highly, close to that of Kyle Humphrys. Can kick both feet over a considerable distance, can take a powerful pack mark (Just ask Leigh Coffey) and is a great endurance runner like his father Noel Mugavin. Played an excellent game against Warrnambool in the Second Semi final, embarrassing his oppenents out on the wing. Look out for him next year in the 2005 draft!

yeah big chance to be drafted, will expect to waer 21 at his new club

I take it from the surname he may be a cousin of Jonathan Brown.

We've got a Shaun Mugavin playing up here for Morningside in the AFLQ who's Browny's cousin.

Sorry didn't read the first post properly. My apologies

Benjamin Mugavin is one of the greats of the game. There is a whisper going around Warrnambool that a number of AFL Clubs have been talking to him. I hope this is true because if he gets the chance to show his colours, he could be as big as Tate Day. Best Key Position Player in Warrnambool for his age, 190cm 78kg!

Sorry to give the impression I'm a Morningside man - my club Sandgate dropped out years ago, but I still keep an interest.

Shaun Mugavin has been keep a few bags of 5's and 6's for Morningside recently. They're into the grannie up here against Southport this weekend and I don't like their chances.

Not quite sure who you mean by "egga' though...

Egga is Mark Evans for Morningside. Been injured i heard, but is an absolute gun when he is fit and healthy.
