Best state 18s side

What is the best state 18s side of all time in terms of stock.

I am having trouble finding the teams but I think 2004 WA side would of had-
Franklin, Lecras, M Morton, A Swallow, Toovey
2008 would of had some good ones as well

Are you talking a SOO side or a u/18 nationals team with Metro and Country separated?

The 2001 Vic Country side had Luke Hodge, Jimmy Bartel, Gary Ablett Jnr, Steve Johnson, Nick Dal Santo, Brendan Goddard, Jarrad Waite, Andrew Carrazzo, Matt McGuire in it.

The apposing Metro side that year had Chris Judd, Dane Swan, Luke Ball, James Kelly, Leigh Montagna, Campbell Brown, David Rodan, Matthew Boyd (would be Country under current rules)
