Betting Odds Tonight.

This afternoon I went into the TAB to check how much we cash we are up for if we win.
Essendon 6.00
Bulldogs 1.10
I think our chances are a little better than that, maybe 4.25 instead.

Then I checked the quarter by quarter betting so I decided to put $20 on this:

1st quarter win: WBD
2nd quarter win: WBD
3rd quarter win: WBD
4th quarter win: Ess

It pays 38.00 per dollar and when we lose recently its the pattern we lose in.
$760 pay out if we lose in that order.
or $6 for the win per dollar.

I would prefer a win or more than two quarters won than $760 so I win regardless!

I'll be chucking 10 on ess for under 39.5 at the tab before the game and 5 on sammy lonergan for first goal. And one more bet 5 on jj for most possies.

I thought the WBD/WBD/WBG/ESS option meant the Doggies will be in the lead at the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter and then Essendon hit the lead in the 4th... Am I mistaken or did you bet on something else? I have avoided the TAB all year to resist the temptation with our fat odds...

Its pretty tough to get it up. Alot of people will do the Ess/Dogs/Dogs/Dogs hoping Essendon get of to a good start. Or if a team is a fast finisher you do it the other way around.

Fast finishers like Carlton etc. Fast beginners like Richmond etc. You shouldnt of got greedy. Just take the 42 point headstart

Im happy. Bad luck. You werent too know. I think every single person betting on AFL makes that mistake. What your thinking of should be a betting option IMO
