Amazing bowling effort from all bowlers. People will say that the BBL is second rate but guys like Overton and Wood are world class. Hassan was good, Pope is underated. It kept our season alive, a smaller crowd but a good atmosphere

That was weird. Just Warner wanting to be a hero.McAndrew would have tried for a single and rotated the strike.
In T20 with 7 wickets down, the No 9 batter is not usually a total dud batsman.

Now if the ball touches the ground during a catch it's not out, even if it's under full control in the hands

Seems wrong to me - the Ashton Turner one should be a catch as far as I'm concerned - but that is the current interpretation

There was one the other night in the strikers game either Lynn or short was caught and the bloke out the ball on the ground as he slid forward on his knees.
They didn’t even look at it.
