Damn what a shame...He is really improving as a ruckman.

I hope damn Stafford gets reported but there isn't much Video evidnece s othe chances are pretty slim.

where did you hear that?

If that's the case then that is really disappointing.

Once again I'll have to put my hand up and admit that I thought he was almost gone last year. When we played him against the Swans in round 15 I couldn't understand why he was playing. When Thomas proceeded to play him in the ruck my jaw nearly hit the ground.

However since that game he has been outstanding. His ability to hurt teams with his endurance makes up for his slightly awkward disposal. What most impresses me about him is the amount of smothers that he makes in a match. You can just sense that he feels like he belongs out there. There's nothing better than seeing someone work so hard to get where they are. Especially someone that many of our supporters had question marks over.

Did something to his Vertabrae, they are now saying he could be on the sidelines for as much as 2 months!

So it'll be between 4 and 8 weeks :(

Stafford is a thug

I think that all sainters should e-mail the AFL website (I did) with the following statement:
"The act of kicking an opponent, is considered a vile and despicable act.
We think that using a knee against an opponent, e.g. what Stafford did to Blake, should fall into the same category.
The incident sends the wrong message to mothers out there; with soccer now firmly entrenched as the No 1 sport in Australia (for participation)
the AFL would do well to send a firm and unequivocal signal to parents of prospective footballers that players are to be protected from assault from behind when the ball is not in the vicinity."

Yep, that statement is true, but the AFL commision are D**k heads and the Tribunal are just a utter disgrace there would be no change in teh decision becasue they are W**kers.
