Snapper you can't go wrong. I do like tuna steaks. Never tried the baldchin groper. I will need to give it a try.

Barramundi is nice but slightly over rated. It's good, but people seem to carry on like it is the best.

Steak is one I certainly had in the pipeline but it is now on the backburner, just for you.
