Hello guyz.... i have been in Qland for the last 10 days without any access to TV or bigfooty. Read the occassional Newpaper but they are even more obsessed with NRL than we are with AFL. Anyway i heard that the blues won and was happy but then found out about Walker then i was sad. Well seeing as i couldnt get a big review on the game against the puppies i was wondering if you folk could answer some of my questions. It would be greatly appreciated.!

Did Hadley play and if so how did he go?

How was my boy Jammo (i heard he went alright, he even got a special mention from juddy after the match)?

What posi did waite play and who did he play on?

Who did Jammo play on?

Did ellard, browne, armfield or pfeiffer play?

how did aisake go?

How did Setant go?

How did Hartlett go?

Did Anderson play?

Will Bentick be ok for round 1?

Were jake's 3 goals any good..what type of goals were they.. how did he go apart from that?

Ok thats all i can think of right now about the match. It sounds as though fev could have kicked a few more.
Congrats to Juddy on making it through a game and playing well. Hopefuuly a sign of things to come.

Where the quaters shortened or normal length because we didnt conceed 100 points!

Did Hadley play and if so how did he go? Yes he played, did ok, nothing spectacular!

How was my boy Jammo (i heard he went alright, he even got a special mention from juddy after the match)?

What posi did waite play and who did he play on? CHB and FB, he played on Will Minson, got a bit rough between them, Waite took a screamer!

Who did Jammo play on?

Did ellard, browne, armfield or pfeiffer play? Browne & Pheiffer played, didn't see Armo or Ellard

how did aisake go? Didn't play due to injury

How did Setant go? Did what he could for a skinny bloke, lost 15-16 kgs

How did Hartlett go?

Did Anderson play?

Will Bentick be ok for round 1? Word is, that he is available and should play R1

Were jake's 3 goals any good..what type of goals were they.. how did he go apart from that? Good goals, 2 from angles, played really well, may have a spot in the forward line until Fish gets back.

Ok thats all i can think of right now about the match. It sounds as though fev could have kicked a few more.

Where the quaters shortened or normal length because we didnt conceed 100 points! I think the quarters were shortened by a few minutes each quater, we played some shocking defence in the first half, but then picked up the game a little in the 2nd half, still woeful!

All I could answer is in bold, was a bit drunk at the game, but I was sitting right on the fence outside the George Harris Stand.

Did Hadley play and if so how did he go? Yes, he played. Didn't get all that much time out on the ground but IMO he really adds something when he is. He's a massive bloke for a midfielder and could play a very important role for us in the middle. Leadership, experience and a hardened body is a great mix.

How was my boy Jammo (i heard he went alright, he even got a special mention from juddy after the match)? Nothing special, but played OK. Just keeps on keeping on. A typical Jamison game, he looks ready to have a good year.

What posi did waite play and who did he play on? Played down back, but a few times was seen drifting up the ground. Played on Minson a lot and annoyed the crap through him. Took an absolute hanger on Brad Johnson which had the Smiling Assassin on the ground for a while.

Who did Jammo play on? Don't remember TBH.

Did ellard, browne, armfield or pfeiffer play? Ellard, Armfield and Pfeiffer = No. Browne played and kicked the goal to seal the match. Looked reasonably good without doing anything special. He'll play seniors this year IMO.

how did aisake go? Didn't play.

How did Setant go? Was average and was beaten on the day. Is the skinniest I've ever seen him and shouldn't play round 1 IMO.

How did Hartlett go? Got better as the game went on. Presented well and took quite a few grabs leading up onto the wings. Is still a great kick despite all the leg injuries he's been through. If fit should play round 1.

Did Anderson play? No.

Will Bentick be ok for round 1? Didn't play, but according to the injury report is available for selection. As much as I would like him to play round 1, I think he'll be eased back throught the Bullants.

Were jake's 3 goals any good..what type of goals were they.. how did he go apart from that? I only remember 2 and they were from strong marks inside 50 which he converted from reasonable angles. Has pretty strong hands which impressed me. Is a certainty to play round 1 IMO - will slot straight into Fisher's role.

What was our defensive structure like? Reasonably sound in the 2nd half. Scotland, Bower and Grigg provided a heap of run from defense and played well despite really making me nervous. They still struggle at times with poise and decision making which is a worry. Waite played well, whether it be in the square or further from goal.

All NAB Cup and NAB Challenge Match quarters are only 17.30.

Not sure why but Carlton have requested special permission from the AFL to allow Stevo to play for the Antz this weekend, also not sure why they only have to do this for some players not others?
