Good to hear that the boys were subject to an intense training session and that they all got through it.
The heightened intensity is very pleasing as they needed to be flogged on the track after their performance on the weekend, and also to prepare them for what they face on Saturday night. Finals is a whole new ball game and a step up in intensity from games in the regular season.
Fantastic to see Juddy not afraid to throw a few of the boys around. He knows what is needed to prepare oneself for finals and if he can rough the boys up in preparation for what they are to encounter, then that is fantastic leadership from him.
Robbo loves making a nuisance of himself so it's great to see that hasn't changed even if he isn't going to be out there playing. Seems like an annoying little shit, and I love it!

All ruckmen fit and firing, ready to go, is also a great sign. Adds a bit of unpredictability to us, and even though I don't think we'll see Warnock, the way things are sounding, it would not surprise me if he did make his debut for us against the Lions, as unbelievable as that may sound. Mitch Clark has been outstanding this season for the Lions but the ruck division is an area we could look to exploit them in, so Warnock/Jacobs are certainly an option.
Good to see the 3 boys that were suspended last week eager to show what they can offer and push for selection. They'll have learned their lessons, I'm sure, and will all be considered for inclusion.
Hadley already out of a cast which is great news, hopefully we can push into the finals and get him back in the team. Prior to injury he was playing some excellent footy for us in the middle and had imposed himself as a really important component of our midfield.
Also good to see Yaz mentioned as a leader in the tackling drills. I expect the other, more senior names to be there, but one thing that Yaz has been criticised for is his lack of desire to fight for the ball and stop his man. I must say, we saw great important in this facet of his game on the weekend, and I know it's only training but to me, this shows that he's working hard to have an impact not just when he has the ball, but also when his opponent does. Well done, Yaz!
I must say, I can't ****ing wait for Saturday night.
