I probably should already know this.. as I work in Real Estate haha but I heard that some places let you pay half the bond then the other half say the next week or something  I didnt think this ever happened.. But it would be sooo good if it did! need to move out ASAP! and cant afford the bond at the moment. does anyone know if this is true?

You can contact the housing commission. I don't know what their number is or the website is.
Ask your boss.

i dont think i want to go through housing commision.. I can afford it but just not yet.. Id have to save it, and I need to pretty much move out this week :(

dont wanna ask my boss coz id look stupid for not knowing lol

I don't really know, we've never needed bond assistance. It's probably likely that they DO, I know in a couple of states they help people pay the bond on places if they need help, so it's probably worth checking out.

Maybe even just ask at a Real Estate office?

The housing commission can help with bonds for low income earners and the unemployed. I'm not sure what the exact qualifications are, but I think you can't earn more than $450-500 gross (weekly) and the rent must not be more than a certain % of your weekly earnings.

Contact your local housing commission to see if this facility is still offered, and what the qualifications are.
