Started playing this just recently

loving all the Aussie accents and some of the humorous dialog, f@cking hilarious.

The game play is fun too with all the jumping around and stuff! Good old borderlands never disappoints for sheer shooting enjoyment!

Yep, also jumped back on this week after realising Id never got around to it. Love the story style, having the old characters still a part of it but with the new world/mechanics with space and stuff. And laser guns! How can you NOT love laser guns!

Only complaint so far is the frequency at which they throw in new characters. Very little introduction to some of the bosses really. Otherwise its awesome.

Will be playing BL2 after this again, with all the DLCs.

Eh, I didn't enjoy this that much. The level design was awfully frustrating. I also didn't think the humour was up to the standard of the previous games, although maybe that's just local bias from finding the 'Aussie' motif a bit cringeworthy.

In general it felt pretty overpadded. When I was playing I kind of wondered whether Helios was originally intended as DLC for BL2, and then they changed their mind and decided to make it a stand-alone release.

Im up to the pit that has the Vault and the damn flying plane boss thing just wrecks me. Im a level 23(Or 24?) Athena and I can get him down to about 30% but keep getting killed with enemies halfway across the map so I cant Second Wind it. Think I might go back to Borderlands 2 for a bit.

This is pretty much consideted fact. See: cliffhanger at the end of the last real B2 DLC
