to give the Richmond supporters abuse.

His dis-respect to the fans

His inflated opinion of himself that makes him
think he is better than the supporters.

IMO this is the seed of contempt that has been watered
by spud and fertilised by Joels ego.

To finish off,he missed his next shot.
Maybe if he just played footy and wasnt a jerk he would have

LMFAO, embarassing stuff. After kicking the goal he turned and gave the crowd the double fisted uppercut as if to say "get that up ya's I CAN kick properly!"

I noted that incident but assummed it was directed at the saints suporters .

Are you sure it was richmond supporters?as the broadcast vision didnt seem to focus on the section of the crowd he directed it at.

Supporters have never given Bowden the slightest reason to be shirty. They've always been so positive about him.

At the game it looked like he had his two pointer fingers up and looked like he was pumped...are you sure he gave the bird and if so that it was to our supporters? Judging by all the other players actions when he did it, it looked like they were just pumped after it...

That's obvious! It's a false picture.
Seeing it at the ground, there is no way he was doing anything other than being excited. Even though he would have good reason to disrespect a lot of supporters it won't happen.
As for ego, Joel is one of the more modest players going around.
