I have been trying to research how many boundaries Don Bradman hit in his first class career for over a decade. I now only have 13 games missing, which actually means there are 15 innings I have not been able to trace. I have found most of my information through the book "Bradman The Great" and the NSWCA cricket library.

This may be a long shot, but then again you never know what information people out there possess. So here are the innings I am missing, if anyone can help:

Rest of Australia vs Australia, Melbourne, 1928-29 (Bradman's score: 14)
Australian XI vs Tasmania, Launceston, 1929-30 (Score: 20)
Australian XI vs MCC, Perth, 1932-33 (Score: 10)
South Australia vs New Zealanders, Adelaide, 1937-38 (Score: 11)
South Australia vs Queensland, Adelaide, 1937-38 (Score: 39*)
South Australia vs New South Wales, Sydney, 1939-40 (Scores: 39, 40*)
The Rest vs New South Wales, Sydney, 1939-40 (Score: 25)
Australian XI vs Indians, Sydney, 1947-48 (Score: 26)
Australians vs Middlesex, Lord's, 1948 (Score: 6)
AUSTRALIA vs ENGLAND, Leeds, 1948 (Score: 33)
Australians vs Warwickshire, Edgbaston, 1948 (Scores: 31, 13*)
Australians vs Lancashire, Manchester, 1948 (Score: 28)
Bradman's XI vs Hassett's XI, Melbourne, 1948-49 (Score: 10)

Good idea regarding contacting the county club committees. I'll give this a try.

Basically, I want to know simply because it's Bradman. After going through "Bradman the Great" and through scorebooks at the NSWCA library, I was so close to knowing his career boundary tally that it seemed a shame to stop just 13 games short.

So far I know that Bradman hit 2893 fours and 45 sixes in 323 of his 338 first class innings.

Newspaper reports of cricket were very detailed back in those days. They may be worth a shot.

Here is a page from the Bradman website, which broaches the topic of his career boundaries:

It may be worth dropping them a line as well.

You may want to try the NTCA for the Tasmanian game. I think they were behind the games organised for the Australian XI's in Launnie more so than the TCA. They probably hold the scorebook somewhere.

I hope your keeping all your references by the way, you could probably get this stat validated when your finished.
