Seriously, I'm still wtfing at how he managed to emerge sprinting from a contested situation with about 6 blokes fighting for it and he pops out ready to run off and dish off.

It was in 2006, his second year of footy and if he continues to play like he did tonight then Lovett won't be missed at all. I never could have imagined he'd win so much contested ball, offer such precise kicking and keep his feet as well as tonight.

Nah...he was very good in his first year, fast, direct and courageous, and basically our shithouse development screwed him and his confidence. Thanks Connolly!

You'll always get the flour bag, finger breaking reverse torpedo kicks and the running around in circles and falling down from time to time, but he does seem to be ridding himself of the crap that we put into his head.

Good on him.
