Last week some people were suggesting he is struggling... this week he won us the game...

A TOAST FOR RATTS FOR THE FOLLOWING

1. 1st objective when he was installed as coach was to bring the old CARLTON PEOPLE BACK.... Braddley :thumbsu: Williams :thumbsu:

2. To bring back the spirit... JOB DONE
3. TO bring a vision and beliefe..... JOB DONE and it was with this beliefe and vision that id suggest made Juddy's decision much easier....
4. Bring some fear into the opposition sides.... JOB DONE
5. Been bold when our backs are to the walll... Instead of stopping a massive defeat by putting numbers behind the ball he has attacked the game and look what's happened so many time this year...

His decisions tonight were so significant, that we won the game from the coachess box tonight... The beliefe is there with the boys... we know that... but Ratts showed inniciative and took the game on still
1st move... get Thornton off Bradshaw and put him on Brown whom he has played well on in the past.... Result Brown not last quarter goals...
2nd move putting Bower on Bradshaw... a massive risk considering Bower had a massive cork and giving up so much body weight and strength... Result Bradshaw no last quarter goals
3rd move... Putting Waite forward.... Result 2 goals
4th move... leaving Hampson and KROOOZE in the ruck and Clokey in the forward half in the last quarter....

Credit where Credit is due...

Ratts we set out to win 8 - 10 games this year... JOB DONE...

WE have confindence running into next year with one mpre game to go...

WELL DONE RATTS... SUPER IMPRESSED :thumbsu:

Agree 100 %
Look ratts will a have a bad day now and then (hes Human)
But hes done a great job so far.
Seems to be more positve than pagan.

I knew that thread I started would get up some noses.

I love Ratts, I think he has done a great job. Proved it again tonight.

Doesn't change the fact he was comprehensively outcoahced by Laidley, and he admitted as much during the week. Just thought rather than the usual "Russ, Carrazzo etc are crap" some criticism should have been directed elsewhere last week.:thumbsu:

I agree with most of what you have said above. Some sides would fear us..........I doubt the Hawks will lose sleep over us this week......which could be a good thing........and I'm certain the Cats, Saints and Bombers are not to worried about playing us........but they will be soon enough.:thumbsu:

Thornton should have been moved off Bradshaw after the 1st quarter, he just couldn't handle him from the get go. Other than that the coaching moves were bloody brilliant.
