I think the bolded quote says it all, she has written the article based on her own conclusions and possibly a few in the AFL who suggested Cook may be a candidate. Doesn't mean a damn thing, I think if cooky was to leave he would go to a better position than that....and deserves to.
agree, the guy will play politics, and wants a top ceo posi, if he goes to gc, he rules himself out of the afl when andy leaves, or similar type job if it arises
